Two alarms apparently isn’t enough. My phone, and alarm clock both didn’t go off. Fortunately, again, I didn’t wake up too much later. Unfortunately, my cold has progressed to the annoying drainage stage, where I don’t feel as sick, but it becomes difficult to function. I ended up being pretty useless for the end of the day. During massage, I couldn’t do much of anything. I tried to do some reading, but couldn’t even focus for two pages. Though my voice held out long enough to talk with one student a little bit about his classes and interests. It sounds like he may come out again next week.
Classes were pretty heavy today. We only went through a few paragraphs in Education in a few hours. Israel digs deep into the passages, pulling out every last bit of meaning in there. I definitely need to do that in my reading, so that the concepts actually stick in my mind.
