Implementing

It seems knowing what you need to change is easy. It’s making the changes that is difficult. Habbits are hard to break, as they’re your first impulse, you’re pretty likely to do that first before you remember that you’d planned to stop. It’s the same with routines as well. So more is needed than time to evaluate. And more is needed than plans.

“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” – Matthew 26.41
